Beyond Digital: Where next to improve customer engagement?

Overview:

Digitalization remains a hot topic and the focus of much time and investment for banks. In this forum, we aim to address the question, ‘What can digital solutions achieve and where do humans retain a key role?’ We examine the emerging paradigm of ‘hybrid banking’, where emotional intelligence combines with artificial intelligence to create an experience that is engaging for the consumer and hence revenue-generative (not just cost-effective) for the bank.

Why Should You Attend?

The forum will consist of expert discussions on the latest thinking in retail, wealth and business banking with regard to the topic of engagement in the ‘post-digital’ age. We will hold two panel discussions, both on the general theme of the conference, and also specifically to examine ways in which partnerships between banks and FinTechs could be taken beyond cost-efficiency towards delivering a service that is truly enhanced.
